Here is a selection of Sebirs that have changed the course of history. In them, innovators were able to 'mentally associate' two previously unrelated experiences to generate something new and ultimately indispensable. Although the Sebirs below are famous, you will see from the way they are described that they came about with ridiculous ease.
In each case, someone noticed a particular capability in action – some specific behavior or performance – and, by thinking about what was occurring more broadly, was able to copy from it to generate something new and valuable that employed the same generalized capability in a completely different setting.
